DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity, starting with a Logo, for Today's Family Church of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Logo should reflect the Baptist church and its congregations' values. A non-traditional, non-conformist, 'come as you are' group, TFC prides themselves on casual services and a wealth of diversity. Their mission: to worship God, to encourage faith, to build community and to demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

DESIGN MANDATE: Design a Logo for New Leaf Canada Immigration Solutions. New Leaf Canada is a business located in Halifax HRM that provides support to new immigrants coming to Canada, both temporary and permanent. Their goal is to make the journey and transition as smooth and easy as possible. This was what they wanted to convey in their Logo.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for Scotia Surgery Inc. of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, starting with a Logo, Business Card and Letterhead. Scotia Surgery is a private surgical clinic that serves Atlantic Canada. It was established by four oral surgeons that wanted to provide the community with an alternative to the long waits at the local general hospitals. They had a vision of providing safe surgical procedures, in a warm atmosphere, with the patient being the main focal point. This was the focus of our Logo.

DESIGN MANDATE: Design a Logo for Higgs House Productions, a music production company based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

DESIGN MANDATE: Design a Logo for Seaside Santa, a local Halifax County company that sells gifts. They were looking for a Logo that they could use on their packaging, business cards and marketing material. The graphic used would be a stylized Santa depiction, with Santa climbing out of a Dory, which is full of gifts.

DESIGN MANDATE: Design a Logo for East Coast Squash, squash club based out of Bedford, Nova Scotia. ECS were looking for a Logo that was energetic, dynamic and forward thinking, a Logo that used an 'Atlantic' or 'East Coast' graphic and could be used on t-shirts, hats and stationary. It would reflect both male and females in the sport, ages seven to nineteen, as well as adults.

DESIGN MANDATE: This client had something very particular in mind, right down to the text placement, and just needed someone to produce the artwork for production. The design was to be very intricate and detailed and have the feel of a blueprint, for a husband and wife business team. The team consists of an interior designer and architect who work together with their clients to design and decorate homes in Berwick, Nova Scotia. The Logo would be used on business cards, marketing material and on their vehicle.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for MaxReadtime in Halifax, Nova Scotia that would reflect their business of offering a service which allows people to read books to others via the internet. They were looking for a graphic that was simple, clean, contemporary and versatile.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for Sagaris Nautical Inc, an international shipping company, currently located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Sagaris is in the business of world wide ship management and consultation, using green vessels which have a unique 'Ax' bow. Their Logo reflects 'green' ships, forward thinking, and an aggressive, take charge approach by using the ax bow as the primary graphic.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a Logo for Pur (pronounced pure) Alternatives, a company based out of Halifax that sells pureproducts at their store, located in The Delta Barrington. They sell products that are free of chemicals and additives. Pur had a vision of what their Logo would look like, using a tree graphic to symbolize nature and natural products, and having the roots somewhat Celtic and intertwined and just needed someone to make it happen for production. We worked diligently together to ensure that they got precisely what they had in mind. The Logo will be used on packaging and marketing materials. (Photos to follow)

Their visual identity inspires action, nature, nutrition, vitality and pure energy.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for Bayne Properties Ltd, a property management company located in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, that buys, renovates and rents quality properties in South End Halifax and Halifax Peninsula area. The client was looking for a Logo with a strong graphic that is easily readable as depicting real estate and properties, and symbolizes dependability and strength.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for Northern Lights Management Consulting Limited of Wellington, Nova Scotia. Northern Lights is a management consulting firm primarily concerned with human resources consulting. Their desired outcome: to create a vibrant, effective and efficient organization. They chose Northern Lights as their company name as a reflection of something far greater than what is evident and within our vision, which provides a sense of awe and hope. The design concept is based on this reflection.

DESIGN MANDATE: Develop a visual identity for Complete Care Hospital For Pets in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Complete Care had an idea of what they wanted: the hands 'taking care of' pets, designed in such a way as to project an image of care, warmth, and relaxed pet care. They were also very interested in having a green aspect to the design, as they promote a healthy working environment interested in environmental technologies.
